Company News
Our construction updates are now live on every project
Buyers can follow each phase of their building, from piling to finishing, with progress reported by our site engineers.
From this month, every ongoing project on our website shows its construction progress phase by phase.
What you will see
Each project page now lists the main phases of work, such as piling, foundation, structure, brickwork and finishing, with the percentage completed for each one.
Where the numbers come from
The figures are not marketing estimates. They are entered by the site engineer responsible for the phase and reviewed by our project management team before they are published.
Why we are doing this
Buying an apartment under construction is an act of trust. We think the fairest way to earn it is to show the work as it happens.
